1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and locations. Availability will be shown during checkout.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, digital wallets, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

6. What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

9. My order arrived in multiple packages. Is this normal?

Yes. Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

11. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping availability and charges are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
