At CartClove, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business  day.

- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

- India: 5–10 business days

- International: 7–20 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. If you receive only part of your order, please don't worry—the remaining items are on their way.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
